In an indictment returned this past week Brian Martens was charged with Production and Receipt of Child Pornography in violation of Title 18 United States Code sections 2251(a) and 2252 (a) (2).

The defendant was arrested on October 29 and ordered detained without bond pending a pretrial detention hearing to be held before the Federal duty Magistrate Judge in West Palm Beach in the Federal Courthouse there on November 6, 2013. If convicted, the defendant can face a minimum mandatory term of 15 years in prison to a maximum of 30 years in custody.
