In Case No: 13-3550-White, Ramon Llario Carias Diaz was charged by the government in violation of Title 12 USC section 952, 21 USC section 960(b)(1)(B)(ii) and 21 USC section 963, importing into the United States in excess of more than 5 kilograms of cocaine. This occurred on October 23, 2013
The indictment also contains a provision of forfeiture concerning the subject matter’s charges.
Diaz faces a ten year minimum mandatory sentence as a result of his arrest

In Case No 13-20843-CR-Martinez Carlos Enrique Bariola was charged with Possession of a Firearm by a convicted Felon in a one Count Indictment in violation of Title 18 USC section 922(g)(1).
The Indictment also contains a forfeiture allegation seeking forfeiture of the ammunition and gun used in this offense.
Bariola now faces up to ten years in jail if convicted of this offense.

In Case No: 13-3516-Simonton, A criminal complaint was filed by the Government that charged Raimundo Antonito Roca Naranjo in violation of Title 18 USC section 1956, a charge of money laundering.
