Two Floridians arrested on multiple drug charges

Detectives in Florida arrested Sean Perry and David Charles on multiple drug charges this week, after obtaining a search warrant.
Undercover detectives had previously made two marijuana purchases from Perry, obtained a search warrant and then entered his home. Detectives seized multiple amounts of marijuana, baggies & bottles made out of plastic, as well as metallic cases holding marijuana with seeds, one scale, two grinding devices, rolling papers, four drug pipes, a spoon made out of silver and a plastic bag enclosing opiate excess. Sean Perry and his roommate, David Charles were then transported to jail where they are being held without bond.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, the charges against Perry, who is a convicted felon and Charles, are listed below:
Sean Perry was charged with the following:
2 counts of Sale and Delivery of Marijuana
1 count for Possession of Opiates
3 counts each for Possession of Marijuana
3 counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
3 counts of Violation of Probation for previous burglary charges
David Charles faces the following charges:
Possession of Opiates
Possession of Marijuana
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
