As an Assistant State Attorney for Broward County and Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Michael Cohen prosecuted scores of jury trials. These experiences provided him with deep understanding of the inner workings of prosecutors’ offices and how they perceive particular offenses and mitigating and aggravating factors.  He is able to grasp the strengths and weaknesses of a case, anticipate the approach of the prosecution, and effectively position your defense.
