Eileen Landy, Associate
Focusing on trials and appeals

Ms. Landy has experience on both sides of the criminal trial and appeal process. Her career began as an intern assisting in the prosecution of crimes against children. As an assistant public defender, Eileen gained invaluable trial and appellate experience, successfully arguing insanity defenses and self-defense arguments. She has successfully handled dozens of appeals, and continues to dedicate her career to protecting the rights of criminal defendants through the trial and appellate processes. Eileen Landy has been associated with the firm of Michael B. Cohen, P.A. for three years.
